Edamame Endgame

When there is respite for breakfast, here is a recipe that might add some esprit to the day.

Edamame Endgame
Chives (chopped)
Sun Dried Tomatoes (minced)
Salmon (flaked)
Soybeans
     -- microwaved pods
     -- hulled
     -- simmered in sea salt (filtered water/olive oil puddle)
Eggs (whisked)
Cheese (shaved)

Rolls with butter and jam
Coffee (stovetop perk)
Water (mineral)
Edamame Endgame
